DESIGN TEMPLATES
Design templates are available through Design Conductor, a web-based template tool that allows users to create a variety of materials with customized copy, photos and approved logos without design software. The system produces web- and print-ready files. Print-ready files are directly linked for production by PawPrints, the university’s printing service. University faculty and staff can log into the template system with a CampusID and password to get started. Powerpoint Templates can be accessed through the Digital Asset Library.
EMAIL SIGNATURE BUILDER
As a critical component of employee communication, email sent from Georgia State University unit should properly reflect our brand. Branded templates ensure emails are cohesive, consistent and recognizable to recipients as messages from the university. Use the Email Signature Builder template to create your official Georgia State email signature. Log in with your CampusID, fill out the Signature Information section, click "copy to clipboard" and paste the information into the signature settings in Outlook.
