Initial Consultation

External Communications Services can review your goals for social media use to determine if they meet Georgia State University requirements for social media use, and to suggest alternative recommendations for leveraging other existing social media channels within GSU if those might be better suited to deliver your message. They also run a Facebook group for communicators like you who are interested in developing better social engagement.  You can join the group here:

Social Media Analysis

It’s important to know if the time you are dedicating to social channels is helping and we can provide an analysis of your social media usage. It is possible to provide long-term analysis of your channels as well as real-time results during events or during crisis communications.
