Digital Asset Library
The Digital Asset Library (DAL) provides access to the university’s photos, videos, templates and logos* for use in promoting your college, school, program, department or unit on the Web, in print and in other media. Not only can you download files, you can create your own collections to share with colleagues. Hosted in the Cloud, the library is accessible at all times anywhere Internet access is available.

Staff and faculty have access to comprehensive educational materials on video production and digital video editing. LinkedIn Learning (lynda.com) is a great resource for learning how to operate editing programs and basic cinematography. You can create an account at no cost. Technology service on campus offers video editing workshops and basic equipment check-outs.
Freelance Event Photographers
We have a list of approved event freelance photographers who are experienced with working at the university to help you. Submit a request using the links above and a member of our team will assist you with arranging a photographer to meet your needs.
There is a two-hour minimum and a $200 per hour fee. Some of our freelancers will accommodate 1-hour requests for a flat rate of $250. Time can be billed in half-hour increments if the event is longer than 2 hours. Photos will be delivered via Dropbox. The photographers will bill your department directly no later than five days after the event.
Event/Speaker Video Production
Your unit IT team can assist you with video recording and live streams for events.
Studio at CETLOE, in partnership with CETLOE’s learning experience designers, provides Georgia State faculty access to professional multimedia production services, including graphic design, video production and animation. We can assist with anything from do-it-yourself consultations to full-scale media production for showcase courses and programs.

PantherTech offers a wide variety of FREE introductory technology and software workshops to all Georgia State students, staff and faculty which include video and photography courses.
Adobe Creative Cloud is available to faculty and staff for download on their personally-owned machines, or on their campus workstations.
